Enjoy cleaning with Swiffer!!

I first saw this product in Tita K's IG post.  It got me curious, cause she said that it picks up dog hairs and it sticks to the fiber of her Swiffer.  I searched and searched until I saw Swiffer in True Value. I didn't buy it. Because I found it expensive.  In my head - why does a mop costs close to P1,000.00?   What is so special with this mop that it costs so much?!   I hesitated. That was about 2 years ago. The other day, I was with Cai and Kaye in S&R when I saw it again. Swiffer. Ask Cai and Kaye what my reaction was.  I was excited and undecided.  I then took one piece of this Swiffer *pack* and held on to it like a trophy.  I couldn't put it down.  I was like a child in a toy store, only what I am is a grown adult clutching an expensive mop.  I held on to it and kept looking at it.  I felt silly really - but hey, I'm old enough to enjoy and get kilig with cleaning materials.  Haha! That same night,...

Lysol Wipes: A Healthy Touch

I believe that cleanliness next to godliness. I am quite tough on cleanliness.  I think I'm a bit OA when it comes to cleanliness, I'm sorry but I feel that dirt is the root cause of all sickness and disease.  So to keep myself and my family from getting sick - I make it a point to have the house thoroughly cleaned.  Cleanliness is one of the major criteria that I had when I picked a pre-school for Kailee.  The kids have wipes in their bags, I even have diluted Lysol in an atomizer for the yayas to use when we go out.  They also have in their bags alcohol and hand sanitizer.   When I learned that Lysol was introducing hand wipes, I had to see it for myself.  True enough - this is the product that I have been looking for!   It's gentle on the skin, it kills bacteria and germs, and it's in the form of wipes!  I mentioned above that I have wipes and tissues and also a diluted Lysol solution in the kids' bag right?  Well, wi...

DIDIscoveries: Grandma's Secret GOO REMOVER

Last Christmas, Tin gifted me with this -  Grandma's Secret Goo Remover. I used it immediately during the holidays when I was wrapping up gifts.  I was so happy because I was able to take out the sticky goo caused by sticker price tags.  It was so easy, all I had to do was spray it on and wipe it away.  Yes, it was that easy!  I used to labor rubbing out the sticky goo using paint thinner, gas and baby oil!  These products left a bad smell and would even have *oil* marks!  Horrors!! I loved this product because unlike thinner, gas and baby oil -   it smelled citrusy, PLUS - it wasn't very oily.  I was not worried that the book/item would have an oil stain nor be smelly.  There are other uses too - it can remove Gum, Glue, Oil, Adhesive (what I used), Crayon and Candle wax. I decided to put it to the test.  The kids' toy room has this green table.  It has since then been stained with crayon marks, pentel pen marks...
