I hate this feeling...

Last night - after taking my Bikram Yoga class - I ate 1 piece of Banana for dinner - thinking that since it's a fruit - what harm can it do to me?

This morning - I was in a very delightful mood.

At the moment - I'm feeling stressed, irritated and bloated.

So, this is how it feels like to be constipated.


Damn.

I hate that banana!

Damn.

    maybe its not the banana.. maybe ur water intake is not enough.. just the two cents of a surgery resident:)

    Bananas may indeed cause constipation but usually only if taken in excess amounts. It might have been contributory to your bowel problem but not entirely to blame.

    Docchef is right. You might have drank less water too. And try to eat more fiber.
