Ulcing's Cebu Lechon

This has got to be the tastiest lechon I've had this January.

I say this January because I might be able to try a tastier version in the coming months!

My friend Jojo was the one who ordered this for us - for Cubie's welcome party! And it was really really really delish!! She got it from Ulcing's Lechon - they're located in Fort Bonifacio and they deliver with a fee. We didn't mind the fee because it was a hassle for us to go pick it up and bring it back to the city of the stars! Plus, we didn't know how to handle it properly!

The lechon arrived just in time and it was still hot and crispy!!

Sharing is caring, so we can't keep it a secret any longer. THIS is where we get out groceries! Well, Anson Supermarket has been where we have been purchasing all of our kids' diapers! Learning Mandarin, what method is best?

I studied in a sort of Chinese school for 13 years. So that "sort of' means, I SHOULD know how to speak basic Mandarin right? NOT QUITE!! I studied in a Chinese school where we only get less than an hour of Chinese class daily. When you think about it, well - one hour a day, should be okay - but the problem is, at that time - it was pure memorization. The books that we used, were those traditional books that I honestly have no idea what is written in them.
