It's 2016 - how time flies!

2015 was a good year.  And I am thankful to the Big Guy up there for blessing me and I am also thankful to friends who have guided and believed in me this 2015.

To kickstart this NEW YEAR - I am having another giveaway!



A Mommy Mundo 24/7 Planner!  This planner is really perfect for moms, here is a review that I made last year.  The content is almost the same, it's very functional.  I wish though it were bigger, but then that's just me - as a bigger planner means bigger space in the bag!  Hahaha..

So to start my NEW YEAR with a bang - I'm giving this away!  Another good news is that I will ship this planner for FREE - to any METRO MANILA address.  You can still join if you live in the province BUT you'll have to figure out how to get it from a Metro Manila address of your choice.

    I want to win this planner because I get to used planner since ages. Since I always jut down my notes, plans, dates of my appointments and usuall activities at office and duty. Plus I'm makakalimutin when it comes to other occasion. That why I used planner since then. I like to organize things.

    I want to win this planner because I still don't have a planner. Honestly, I can't decide which one to get. I am a previous BDJ/ CBTL planner user but since we moved to Bacolod, I felt I won't be able to maximize the coupons.

    However, if you ask why I do I need a planner, honestly, it helps me sort my thoughts. I had a crazy yet wonderful year in 2015 and I'm just a bit scared that I won't be able to handle 2016 better or at par. I have to write down my ideas, things to do and important reminders somewhere and I love that a planner could help me go fast forward 3-6 months from now.

    I really wanted to have a planner. I tend to lose on track especially on important events and matters that's way this planner will be a big help for me. Maybe a sign of aging na din, makakalimutin na lately hehehe. During my college days, I remember I always bought a mini planner as in mini talaga in Papemelroti. I jot down special things happened within the day. I wanted to go back with that habit for me to get reminisce and bring smile on my face whenever I will be reading this planner.

    c) I super love the Mommy Mundo Planner because it spells complete. The only planner I've seen with menstrual tracker. It is also an inspiring journal where I could right and hope for my dream family vacation. I could even make a list of my grocery. But most especially, I could record my boys' immunization and be aware who still needs a vaccine.

Learning Mandarin, what method is best?

I studied in a sort of Chinese school for 13 years. So that "sort of' means, I SHOULD know how to speak basic Mandarin right? NOT QUITE!! I studied in a Chinese school where we only get less than an hour of Chinese class daily.  When you think about it, well - one hour a day, should be okay - but the problem is, at that time - it was pure memorization.  The books that we used, were those traditional books that I honestly have no idea what is written in them.  I see Chinese characters and they're just that - Chinese characters without meaning, nothing.  It was not practical if you ask me.  The words we were taught were not used in everyday conversation It was only during my 3rd or 4th year of high school that I realized how important knowing how to speak Chinese was.  It was during a trip to the Chinese border from Hong Kong that while I was going around the mall, I was having a hard time communicating with people who looked like me.  I wa...
